This PR adds small touches of delight by populating previously empty icon containers in the marketing sections with representative emojis.
💡 What:
Added decorative emojis to the "Why KibaOS" and "Budgie Desktop" sections.
🎯 Why:
The empty circular icon containers looked "unfinished". Adding relevant emojis provides immediate visual context and enhances the overall "polished" feel of the interface.
♿ Accessibility:
All decorative emojis are wrapped in
