This adds log4j2 and Alloy to the Wildbook infrastructure and includes a docker-compose and configurations for shared Loki and Grafana services that can aggregate multiple Wildbook (and Opensearch and Postgresql) logs.
A proposed approach to log messages has been added to Login.java, Logout.java, and api/BaseObject.java + some strawman Grafana dashboards for those log messages.
