`Registry`, `Schema`, `Filter` and `Block` have `Symbol.dispose`; **`Library` deliberately does not** — see `bindings.md` §Teardown. A `using library` closes at the end of a block, which is precisely the mid-lifecycle close that is measured to segfault on the next open.
