What changed

• Show separate official quota cards for the ordinary weekly and 5-hour windows, plus GPT-5.3-Codex-Spark Weekly and Spark 5-hour windows.
• Parse both Spark windows from the existing WHAM additional_rate_limits response and preserve them in compact local reports.
• Exclude an ordinary Codex sub-day primary_window from the generic short quota so Spark 5-hour data cannot be displayed in the ordinary 5-hour card.
• Keep the existing Credits/Tokens analytics and clarify that USD values are a local planning estimate, not an official Pro exchange rate or invoice amount.
• Show an unavailable state when OpenAI does not return a given quota window.

Why

The current ChatGPT Codex usage page can expose multiple quota windows for Pro accounts. The Meter view needs to keep ordinary Codex and Spark windows separate, especially when both payloads contain a sub-day window.

Validation

• node --check passed for all JavaScript files.
• manifest.json parses successfully and remains at 0.2.19; the maintainer can choose the release version.
• A redacted WHAM fixture confirms ordinary sub-day primary is excluded and Spark weekly/5-hour windows are emitted separately.
• git diff --check passed.
• No credentials, cookies, bearer tokens, HAR files, or account data are included.

逐项核对后，#6 包含本 PR 的全部提交，并补了普通 Codex 5 小时窗口恢复、按实际时长选择卡片及 Spark 隔离的修正（最新 a8b5a61）。本 PR 单独的实现会过滤普通 primary 5 小时窗口，已用合成输入复现。为避免重复合并旧实现，关闭本 PR，功能继续在 #6 处理。

这不代表当前主线已经完成全部 Spark / 5 小时卡片；#6 仍需适配主线 0.3.2 的新版路由与界面，审核意见已记录。
