Before: the English language switch was not at the top, both versions used em dashes, and the Chinese README had no demo image and mentioned "面试讲解".
After: the switch is at the top, the dashes are gone, and the Chinese README shows docs/demo.svg like the English one, without the interview wording.
How: README.md and README.zh-CN.md only.
