DSH 缺少搜索凭据时，插件此前会静默改用 DeepSeek 账号搜索；关闭“其他模型”也无法阻止部分 Codex/账号搜索路径。这次移除插件额外的账号回退，并在所有注册搜索入口执行总开关。
保留自动、DSH、Codex 三种来源：自动只在缺少凭据或服务不可用时尝试另一来源，手动选择固定来源。中英文设置提示和 README 同步说明费用与路由边界。保留原有 provider ID 和现有设置；手机远程与草图改动单独处理。
验证：完整测试 920 项（917 通过、3 跳过、0 失败），搜索定向 55 项通过，构建通过。此前对同一搜索实现完成 3 次真实订阅搜索请求，均成功，未调用 DeepSeek 账号搜索；缺少 DSH 凭据场景通过受控模拟验证。另覆盖现代/旧宿主、缓存 provider 句柄、切换模型和防递归。
3.1.6-dev.0仅用于 main 内部开发，README 与管理器仍指向正式 3.1.5。发布与兼容性推广继续拒绝 dev，不发布版本。Fixes #196
