Patient is a 14-month-old male presenting with global developmental delay and poor head control. On physical exam, he has significant muscular hypotonia and a barrel-shaped chest. Craniofacial exam revealed a high-arched palate and wide mouth. No history of seizures. Currently taking metoprolol for cardiac management. Family history is significant: father has arrhythmia and impaired vision.
