Rebuild site as Sakura/Iced-Tea single-page experience with custom GH Pages 404

This replaces the current website with a fully new structure and visual system, tailored to a Sakura + iced-tea concept, and keeps the output compatible with GitHub Pages publishing from static/. It also adds a themed missing-page experience and a compact CV view sourced from github.com/VloStudios data.

• Homepage architecture (new structure)

  • Replaced the previous layout with a new single-page composition in static/index.html (hero, mini CV, tea-notes panel, project grid, footer).
  • Shifted interactions to a simpler static-first model with client-side data hydration.

• Theming + motion system

  • Rewrote static/css/style.css with a new sakura/tea palette, glass panels, and responsive grid behavior.
  • Added ambient “raining iced tea” visuals (🧋/🌸/💧) driven by animated drop elements.

• GitHub-powered mini CV + projects

  • Reworked static/js/main.js to fetch profile + repos for VloStudios, derive top languages, and render recent non-fork repositories.
  • Added explicit fallback rendering when GitHub API calls fail (no hard dependency on live API availability).

• GitHub Pages 404

  • Added static/404.html as a dedicated Sakura/iced-tea themed error page with matching animated atmosphere and clear return path.

• Docs alignment

  • Updated README.md to reflect the new structure, feature set, and static publishing model.
