Move missing items back into stdlib.pxi and give python errno the same treatment - #5

Node.js 20 actions are deprecated. The following actions are running on Node.js 20 and may not work as expected: actions/checkout@8ade135a41bc03ea155e62e844d188df1ea18608, edgedb/action-release/validate-pr@bae6b9134e872166b43d218dd79397c851c41c9a. Actions will be forced to run with Node.js 24 by default starting June 2nd, 2026. Please check if updated versions of these actions are available that support Node.js 24.
