release: publish skills-v1.2.0 with four visualization skills - #319

feat(skills): add four built VBI visualization skills
Prepare the release from develop while preserving the previous main release records and publication workflow. Add the 1.2.0 plan and reviewed notes, and make all eight default-branch installation commands available in both READMEs. Validation: 105 release regressions and targeted Ruff checks passed; all eight runtime packages built successfully. Existing four Skill contents are unchanged. Codex-Model: gpt-6.1-sol

发布 skills-v1.2.0，将 develop 已合入的四个可视化 Skill 纳入 main：
保留 main 的 1.1.0 发布记录与发布流程，更新中英文安装说明。原有四个 Skill 的运行内容不变；新增 Skill 附有四个示例。合并提交保留两条分支已有历史。
Verification
105 项发布工具回归和针对性 Ruff 检查通过；提交 e9a94e1 的八个 Skill ZIP 与 manifest 已成功构建。本次未新增真实 Agent 质量评测。完整发布预检正文和产物由本 PR 的 Skills CI 生成。

先合入域内同步器的四组别名映射 MR，再合并本发布 PR。下游将关联已有条目，保留现有市场名称和历史。
暂不合并：本 PR 合入 main 且 CI 成功后会自动正式发布。
