feat: add support for dart 3.13 primary constructor

Description

Skill examples use pre-3.13 constructor syntax flagged by very_good_analysis 11

very_good_core 1.6.0 targets Dart 3.13 and very_good_analysis 11.0.0 enables unnecessary_type_name_in_constructor, use_declaring_parameters, unnecessary_primary_constructor_body and empty_container_bodies.

This results in the agent creating code that the lint can flag. Would it be possible to update the examples when SDK is 3.13 or newer?
