Win Round Box multiple Sponsors

• add new configuration element to observer client
• add roundWinBox variable to better manage the endround win box
• remove tournamentInfo.name in favor of roundWinBox.type
• remove switch for Round Win Box in tournamentInfo element in favor of its own element
• make it spectra+ only to have more then 1 Sponsor
• improve separation of sponsors
• check for duplicate
