and the live API. onBehalfOf {ref,name} on createIntent / createFileIntent /
createSelectiveIntent / createIntentBatch; verifyIntent surfaces
verificationLevel + delegatedBy. README + CHANGELOG. 94 tests (2 new).
Requires the ValidPay API with delegation (live 2026-06-19).
