  • Add 104 tests covering vhlib.CDM, vhlib.StimDecode, and vhlib.md
  • test_cdm.py: Tests for cellname parsing, filtering, training types
  • test_stimdecode.py: Tests for stimulus timing I/O, interconnect decoding
  • test_md.py: Tests for MeasuredData class and associate operations
  • Add pytest.ini configuration
