Update comparison_table.md for ndi.cloud.sync progress #8

Updated the comparison table to reflect the implementation status of `ndi.cloud.sync` components, including `downloadNew`, `SyncOptions`, `SyncMode`, and internal helper functions. Verified the build with `mkdocs build`.
