Releases the docx-markdoc create follow-ups: explicit fill-in markup with literal bare brackets (#1187, #1184), the independent round-trip oracle, word-level PDF check and failure report (#1189, #1185), and the edited-DOCX guard for --replace (#1190, #1186), plus the header/footer carry-forward fix (#1188). Versions bumped with scripts/bump_version.mjs; the CHANGELOG entry is hand-written. Refs #1162

Release 0.25.0
This bumps every workspace version with
scripts/bump_version.mjs 0.25.0. The CHANGELOG entry is hand-written; the existing Unreleased entry (#1188) moves under 0.25.0.Contents:
create, bare brackets are now literal text. Fill-ins use explicit{% fill %}…{% /fill %}markup, and frontmatterfill-ins: bracketsopts back into the old automatic highlighting. I packed docx-core, docx-compare and docx-markdoc at 0.25.0 and installed them into a clean directory. Then:
create --require-pdf: passes; the round trip, the negative controls and the PDF word check all pass.fill-ins: bracketsbuilds.[t]hestays literal.--replace: an unchanged rebuild passes. After an external edit it refuses withCREATION_OUTPUT_EDITED.--dangerously-overwrite-edited-docxoverwrites and keeps the edited bytes (same SHA-256).Refs #1162
