Answered assignment 1. Uploaded the .qmd and Quarto-rendered .html files.

Was there another approach you were thinking about making? If so, what approach(es) were you thinking of?

No other approaches besides the submission guidelines.

Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?

Estimation of allele frequencies was quite tricky, especially since the four SNPs had frequencies < 0.5.

How were these changes tested?

Saved the answered assignment on VS code in my local computer. Rendered on Quarto. Checked the HTML file. Staged the .qmd and .html files then committed and pushed to own Git Hub repo.
