Preserve local JSON Smart Mirror rework

Summary

• preserves the unreleased Smart Mirror kiosk redesign
• switches the frontend data contract to the local /mirror/api/data source
• consolidates navigation, panel layouts, calendar handling, and the ambient shell
• removes legacy standalone service/deploy scripts and the superseded sticky-note component
• removes machine-specific paths and private network details from the changed documentation

Why

This substantial rework existed only in the local workspace. The draft PR makes it recoverable and reviewable without changing the public default branch.

Impact

Replaces the previous screen/component structure with the local-JSON kiosk architecture. This is intentionally a draft because the visual and deployment changes deserve focused review.
