I have used the USAS Validator to check the semantic tags to see if they follow the USAS tag schema. The changes made to the semantic tags in each lexicon in this pull request are to correct lexicons so they conform to the USAS tag schema. All of the changes should be checked with an expert in each language with some or full knowledge of the USAS tag set as the changes are initially destructive, i.e. in most case I delete the semantic tag or lexicon entry that does not conform to the schema.
