feat(core): add accessible semantics to list items - #3288
Adds list semantics to built-in and custom list-item blocks in the live editor and exported HTML. Consecutive same-type sibling items are grouped into accessible list runs, including nested runs.
This supersedes the runtime list ownership plugin approach proposed in #3223: it retains the meta.listItem opt-in but applies semantics to existing BlockContainer wrappers instead of inserting hidden owner widgets. Numbered-list indexing remains separate and unchanged.
This does not supersede the other work in #3223. In particular, the read-only editor-root document semantics / VoiceOver workaround, checkbox up-arrow fix, and broader accessibility test infrastructure remain useful and are not included here. This PR also does not claim to resolve all of #2809 by itself.
Changes
Add ListAccessibilityExtension to group same-type list-item siblings, including nested runs.
Apply role, id, and aria-owns to existing block wrappers while preserving and restoring consumer attributes.
Add equivalent semantics to internal HTML export.
Add meta.listItem metadata for built-in and custom blocks.
Leave NumberedListItem/IndexingPlugin.ts intact.
Add focused ARIA snapshots for nested/sibling lists, numbered starts, and index restarts, alongside the existing index behavior tests.
vp run e2e -- --run listAccessibility ran the browser suite in Docker. The new list accessibility browser tests passed, but the overall run exited with an unrelated browser connection-closed error in basics/basicblocks.test.tsx (291 files passed, 13 skipped; 1 unhandled error).

Walkthrough
The change adds configurable list-item metadata, live editor list semantics, and accessible list roles, IDs, and ownership references in full HTML exports. Tests cover list grouping, editing, nested and custom items, and export behavior.

Summary
List-item metadata and membership packages/core/src/schema/blocks/*, packages/core/src/blocks/ListItem/*, packages/core/src/extensions/ListAccessibility/ListMembership*
Block metadata now includes listItem, defaulting to false. Built-in list-item blocks opt in. Membership decorations group adjacent items of matching types and assign an owner and member IDs.
Live editor list attributes packages/core/src/extensions/ListAccessibility/*, packages/core/src/editor/managers/ExtensionManager/extensions.ts, packages/core/src/pm-nodes/BlockContainer.ts, packages/core/src/blocks/ListItem/*
The default extension tracks list decorations and applies accessibility attributes to block node views. Tests cover decoration updates, nested runs, consumer attributes, and attribute cleanup.
Accessible full HTML serialization packages/core/src/api/exporters/html/util/serializeBlocksInternalHTML*, tests/src/unit/shared/formatConversion/export/exportTestExecutors.ts
Full HTML serialization adds list and list-item roles, IDs, and aria-owns for consecutive configured items. Serializer tests check run boundaries and unique IDs; export snapshots normalize generated IDs and references.
Editor and export integration coverage tests/src/end-to-end/listAccessibility/*, tests/src/utils/editor.ts
End-to-end tests cover edits, nested and custom lists, simultaneous editors, layouts, and HTML parsing and export.
List accessibility relationships could be wrong on initial editor render, because the IDs an owner references may not match the IDs its members carry. Fix the ID prefix key before merging. Unstable item IDs after structural edits are a smaller concern that can be followed up.

Use stable list item IDs and reuse unchanged Item objects.
Every structural transaction runs createListDecorations again. Each run restarts nextId at 0 and creates new Item objects. Two effects follow:
Inserting one list item near the top of the document shifts the ID of every later item.
ProseMirror compares decoration specs by object identity. Every list item node view therefore receives update() and rewrites id and aria-owns on each structural edit, even far from the edit.
For documents with many list items, this adds O(n) DOM work to each Enter, Backspace, or block-type change. Assistive technology also sees IDs that change without cause.
Derive the item ID from the blockContainerid attribute and use the counter only as a fallback. Keep a cache keyed by ID, owner, and members. Reuse the previous Item object when those values match. ProseMirror then skips the unchanged node views.
I cannot confirm the practical cost without a benchmark. A large-document test, similar to the existing performance.test.ts, would show whether this matters.

Update createListDecorations to derive each list item ID from its blockContainer
id, using nextId only as a fallback, and cache Item objects by ID, owner, and
members. Reuse the previous Item object when those values are unchanged so
unaffected list decorations retain identity across structural transactions.

Key the list item ID prefix by editor, not by editor.prosemirrorView.
Tiptap 3.31.3 creates the EditorView with the node views before it stores the view in editorView. During that constructor call, each editor.prosemirrorView access can return a new proxy. Because listItemId stores one prefix per object identity, an owner can put a member ID with one prefix in aria-owns while the member node view uses another prefix for its id. A later membership update may switch to the real view and change the prefix again.
Use the stable editor object as the key:

Review comment at @packages/core/src/pm-nodes/BlockContainer.ts at line 160:
Update the `listItemId` call passed to `listBlockAttributes` to use the stable
`editor` object as its identity key instead of `editor.prosemirrorView`, so
owner and member IDs retain the same prefix during initialization and later
updates.
