Added a proper
.gitignorewith the documentation web ignores, and a general MacOS ignore, and removed the boilerplate unused one, in assumptions people will add things as they go. Also added a README with a placeholder rover name, as that is TBD, and a CONTRUBUTING.PEOPLE REVIEWING THIS: Please, look at the Contributing file mainly, that establishes a ruleset for any contributors! Suggest additions or changes before merge!
