Identification Friend or Foe With New Advertisements - #557

Rules regarding these are in https://github.com/Triad-Sector/Triad_Sector/pull/553/changes |

Ships are assumed to be private by default, so that one is redundant. Marking pascifist is not required per rules of engagement and marking it only make rules more murky. The only one I'd say make sense is swapping shopping for food though I'd argue food falls in to service. Will have some discussions on this. |

I like the pacifist one just as an easier marking in the rules that you're opting out of PvP before it ever gets to that point. It reduces some issues with It just curbs it from the initialising point of "I can't do an antag to this person" |

Any other icons for food other than a lowercase f? |
From what I could tell, there was just so little option for symbols, otherwise I would have liked to have used a unicode food cloche. |

Maybe 🍴 will work? I've seen a health analyzer UI use emojis for recommended treatments so it might be posssivle here |

rmc-health-analyzer-advice-brute-wounds = 🩹 Use trauma kits or surgical line to repair the lacerated areas. Here's how that server does it |

I briefly looked into some existing characters in the NotoSans symbols font file. ⛾ (depicting a cup) might be a symbol? Wasn't able to find any food-related ones from a quick skim. Should render because everything else I've picked from that file rendered |

I'm afraid neither of those two appears to work. |
About the PR
Adds three new advertisements for ship IFFs. One for food, and two, the privacy and pacifist IFFs, that have OOC and rules significance.
Why / Balance
The current advertisements system seemed limited, and having the ability to advertise that a ship is selling food specifically will better enable kitchen vessels to exist.
The next two are geared to engage with new rules being PRed separately by staff.
Pacifist enables a player to mark out to other players that they do not wish to engage in PvP. Due to the rules importance, the symbol clearly states pacifist, so that it is hard to miss it on the mass scanner.
Private holds a similar function, replicating the role of a holobarrier, except via mass scanner. This is to alleviate the risk of a player accidentally engaging with a vessel that has these activities taking place on them, only to then find that the place has been demarcated in holobarriers or, worse, hasn't been.

How to test
Simply spawn in a shuttle, toggle on the IFFs, and check them via the mass scanner.
Breaking changes
Shouldn't be any to my knowledge.
