Add CCN corrected poster analysis handoff

Summary

• add a guarded CCN poster figure exporter that uses corrected Brain-JEPA outputs only
• add corrected cortical result tables and poster-ready PDF/PNG figures
• add an offline handoff document with methods, exact findings, captions, claims, caveats, and reproduction commands
• add transfer documentation for the separately packaged minimal reproduction inputs
• keep raw BOLD, embeddings, NPZ/NIfTI outputs, smoke results, and transfer archives out of Git

Why

The corrected Brain-JEPA reanalysis and CCN poster results need a durable, reproducible handoff before the current server becomes unavailable. This preserves the scientific interpretation and figure provenance without committing large scientific inputs.

Validation

• Python modules compile successfully
• shell wrapper passes bash -n
• staged diff passes git diff --check
• poster ZIP passes unzip -t
• reproduction input archive passes gzip -t
• no .npy, .npz, .nii, .nii.gz, .zip, or .tar.gz artifacts are committed

Notes

The cortical run used shared rank 4 and n_shuffles=0 under the server deadline. The handoff explicitly treats rank-null inference and full brain-encoder consensus as outstanding work.
