Add bank-aware Giants' Foundry planner

Summary

• add an optional Foundry planner row set to the info panel
• recommend the best usable Giants' Foundry recipe from bank/inventory bars and supported metal equipment
• show banked sword count and metal score for the recommendation
• add planner tests for known alloy scores

Notes

• The planner ignores raw ore for recommendation purposes because the Foundry accepts bars/equipment, not ore.
• This does not change mould logic; existing mould guidance remains separate.
