The browser previously accepted only English and Chinese, so new visitors from other language communities saw English even when their browser requested a supported language. This change adds Hindi, Spanish, Arabic, French, Bengali and Portuguese to the shared interface, with native language names, saved preferences and first-visit browser-language matching.
Arabic uses right-to-left layout, switching away restores left-to-right, and code keeps its reading order. Navigation, settings, search, wallet and certificate labels and primary post controls are translated; auxiliary messages may still fall back to English. User content and CLI/TUI languages remain separate.
Validation: 42 targeted browser language/rendering/OAuth integrity tests passed; Ruff and diff checks passed. Browser checks covered Arabic desktop/mobile, Bengali mobile, and persisted selection after reload. This PR contains only the language change; it has not been deployed.
