The homepage now shows active public post and user counts, today’s posts in Asia/Taipei, the five latest public posts, and platform/topic rule links. Reads recheck current resource and ancestor permissions; query-budget exhaustion keeps navigation and rules visible without reporting partial totals.
Validation: homepage tests passed (5); dictionary/protocol/route checks passed (8), and SSH/RSS plus removed-route regressions passed (8). Ruff checks passed. Existing pyproject.toml and uv.lock changes are excluded. No deployment was performed.
