Backend Software Engineer | Java | AWS | Production Reliability
I am a backend software engineer at Critical TechWorks, working within the BMW Group ecosystem on production services, cloud-native workflows, and operational reliability.
My work focuses on developing and supporting Java and AWS backend systems, secure REST APIs, serverless data-processing workflows, and observability for distributed services used across international markets. I also serve as the On-Call Team Responsible for UCP production operations, coordinating incident triage, cross-system root-cause analysis, technical ownership, and stakeholder communication.

These repositories are independent personal projects and are not connected to my employer.
Before moving into software engineering, I worked as a registered operating-theatre nurse. That experience strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, prioritise under pressure, follow rigorous processes, and remain accountable in high-consequence environments.
