Since core 0.79.0 a full minute or hour key limit makes requests wait (within Wait at most) before they are refused; only a used-up day, week or month limit refuses at once. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The key dialog's usage-limits hint still said any used-up limit rejects requests. Since core 0.79.0 a full minute or hour limit makes requests wait (within Settings › Failover › Wait at most) and only a used-up day, week or month limit rejects them until it resets. Text only; typecheck and vitest pass.
