Summary

Brings Lite's CI in line with ThinkWatch-Core's:

  • The macOS, Windows and Linux Rust jobs run cargo nextest run --profile ci (cargo-nextest 0.9.146, the same pin as core). Test binaries run in parallel, one process per test. The ci profile (src-tauri/.config/nextest.toml) reports every failure in one run and lists slow tests at the end.
  • The Windows portable-filesystem step (FAT32, exFAT, SMB share) runs its portable::tests filter through nextest too.
  • The Windows job builds tests without debug info (no PDB) and links with rust-lld. CI only; release builds keep their own settings.
  • The crate has no doc tests (its one code block is YAML), so nothing is skipped.

Testing

This PR's CI run is the rehearsal; timings will be compared with the latest dev run.

Same as core: cargo-nextest 0.9.146 runs the test binaries in parallel,
one process per test, with a ci profile that reports every failure in
one run and lists slow tests. The portable filesystem tests use it too.
The crate has no doc tests (its one code block is yaml), so nothing is
dropped. On Windows, skip debug info and link with rust-lld for the test
builds; CI only.
