LAN host discovery via ICMP PING application (Android/Windows/Linux/MAC) in Golang using Fyne.io GUI library.

Initialy designed for Android to find IP address of Raspberry PI SBC that is running without a display and I connect my phone in USB tethering mode to control it.

Binaries currently available for Android/Windows.
