Re: a chat conversation with @theClarkSell, I added a FAQ question and answer about dietary restrictions based on Clark's response and the info found in the Field Guide.
I also saw that in the Q and A above, there was a reference to the
hello@thatconference.comemail address, but it wasn't actually a link as in the first Q and A, so I made it a link, too.
