fix(ui-kit): apply good-css interaction, RTL and theming fixes - #638

- Hover styles only apply on devices with a fine pointer, so tapped controls no longer keep their hover colour on touch screens. - Small form fields floor at 16px so iOS Safari stops zooming on focus. - Replace transition-all with explicit property lists; add strong ease-out / ease-in-out motion tokens and drop ease-in from the drawer. - Replace outline-none with outline-hidden so forced-colors mode keeps a focus ring; draw the highlighted popup option in forced-colors mode. - Switch direction-dependent spacing, insets, corners and text alignment to logical properties so RTL layouts mirror correctly. - Add a base layer: text-wrap balance/pretty, interpolate-size, scrollbar-gutter, touch-action and tap-highlight defaults. - Collapse the four duplicated light/dark state-offset blocks into one --theme-sign switch. - Style :user-invalid on Input and Textarea; add press feedback to Button. - Use overflow-clip on wrappers that only clip; write greys with hue `none` (generator + regenerated Figma tokens) and shadows in OKLCH. Why the change
The UI kit broke on touch screens, in right-to-left layouts and in Windows High Contrast mode, and these fixes from the good-css guidelines correct that without changing how components look in the normal case.
Special things to note
size="sm") now use at least 16px text (was ~14–15px on phones), so iOS Safari stops zooming in on focus. On desktop the change is at most 1px.hover:is redefined for the whole kit: hover styles now need a mouse or trackpad. Apps that import@techsio/ui-kit/tokensget this automatically.Change outline
