Why the change

Audit C01/C02 needs reusable cart and order presentation, so this PR adds a composable product row and a summary of prepared amounts.

Special things to note

Types, package/export checks, scoped lint, 18 desktop/mobile browser tests and 32 light/dark WCAG A/AA checks passed; Docker snapshots were unavailable.
LineItem uses React context. Next.js consumers compose its compound parts inside a "use client" wrapper, including read-only recaps.
Figma Light/Dark component pages and local Code Connect templates are included; registration awaits Figma library publication.
