❤️ 기능 설명
기존 추천 조회 API가 로그인하지 않은 사용자도 사용할 수 있도록 PUBLIC ENDPOINT로 설정했던걸,
서비스 정책 변경에 따라 JWT 인증 필터를 거치도록 변경했습니다.
따라서 로그인하지 않은 사용자는 401 에러를 받게 됩니다.
