Optional OpenRouter provider for Jev reviews?

Would you take a pull request that adds OpenRouter as an optional provider?

TypeSafe Jev is available on OpenRouter as typesafe/jev-latest. We'd like JevGate to be able to call it there, so teams that already pay for OpenRouter can run reviews on the same account.

What the change would do:

• Add provider = "openrouter" in jevgate.toml (or --provider openrouter), reading OPENROUTER_API_KEY.
• Keep TypeSafe as the default, so nothing changes for existing users.
• Leave the review logic, questions and cache format alone.

We have a working version on a fork: twilwa#1 (16 files, most of them tests and docs). We opened it here as #1, and it was closed within seconds, around the time main was force-pushed for 0.13.0. We weren't sure whether that was intentional, so we're asking before reopening. If you want it, we'll rebase onto 0.13.0 and send it again. If it's not a direction you want, that's fine too.

Disclosure: this issue and the change were written with AI assistance, at the direction of the human operator who maintains the fork.

Thanks for asking, and sorry: closing #1 wasn't intentional. We rewrote the history of main right as you opened it, to fix commit metadata; the code didn't change. That force-push is what closed the PR.

And yes, we'd like the feature. An opt-in provider = "openrouter" with TypeSafe staying the default, and the review logic, questions and cache format left alone, is exactly the shape we'd want.

I tried to reopen #1, but GitHub won't reopen it while your branch is based on the old main (b76845e). Moving your commit onto the new main fixes that. The file contents of the two mains are identical, so the rebase has no conflicts:

git fetch upstream
git rebase --onto upstream/main b76845e fm/upstream-openrouter-provider
git push --force-with-lease

After that, reopen #1 (or open a new PR against main, whichever GitHub allows). It will show just your commit, and CI will run against 0.13.0.
