Thanks for md2do! Three small issues found with @md2do/cli 0.8.0 and md2do-vscode 0.2.4:
list ignores markdown.pattern / markdown.root from .md2do.json. --pattern has a default ('**/*.md'), so options.pattern is always defined and overrides the config; root always comes from --path/cwd (packages/cli/src/commands/list.ts:91–98).
- Completion date is computed in UTC.
new Date().toISOString().split('T')[0] (toggleComplete.ts:41, treeActions.ts:36) writes the previous day between 00:00 and 02:00 in UTC+2. Ticking a task on 2026-09-28 01:30 CEST wrote {completed:2026-09-27}. Local date would be expected.
- Option to keep the bracket form when completing. The extension always writes
{completed:…}. A setting to write [completed: YYYY-MM-DD] would help users who stay on the legacy bracket syntax (which also works in SilverBullet).
Happy to send a PR for 1 and 2 if welcome.
