Add .ts extensions to the full local import graph, or the node commands fail.

With "type": "module", Node resolves relative ESM specifiers exactly as written and does not search for extensions. node scripts/maintainer/sweep.ts therefore fails with ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND during module linking, before either script runs. The same failure occurs in the modules these entry files import. classify.ts imports ./config without an extension, and collect.ts, route.ts, discord.ts, and metrics.ts also use extensionless local imports. Adding .ts only to the imports in sweep.ts and scorecard.ts leaves these failures in place.

🐛 Suggested fix

Add .ts to every relative import in both reachable graphs. For example, in scripts/maintainer/sweep.ts:

-import { classifyAll } from './classify'
-import { collectSnapshot } from './collect'
+import { classifyAll } from './classify.ts'
+import { collectSnapshot } from './collect.ts'

Apply the same change to the other relative imports in sweep.ts, scorecard.ts, and the modules they reach, including ./config, ./comments, and ./glob. If the node requirement is dropped, restore tsx in both maintainer:sweep and maintainer:scorecard instead.

Review comment at @package.json around lines 33 - 34:
Update the maintainer:sweep and maintainer:scorecard scripts and their reachable
modules so Node can resolve the complete local ESM import graph: add .ts
extensions to every relative import, including imports in sweep.ts,
scorecard.ts, and modules such as classify.ts, collect.ts, route.ts, discord.ts,
and metrics.ts. Alternatively, if these scripts should not run directly with
Node, use the existing tsx runner for both package scripts.
