Merge this PR to unblock the release. The Release job on main fails since Tau (#1755) merged: changeset version stops with GitHub GraphQL validationTimeout. This PR merges 29 of Tau's 48 changesets into 2, so the changelog query is small again. The planned version of every package stays the same.

🎯 Changes

@changesets/changelog-github sends one GraphQL field for each changelog line, in one query, and it does not remove repeated lookups. All 48 Tau changesets point to the one squash commit, so that commit was in the query 950 times. GitHub compares repeated fields in pairs, so the cost grows with the square of the repeats.

What changed:

• tau-core.md: the 11 Tau changesets that change @tanstack/ai (plus ai-persistence, ai-mcp, ai-compaction, ai-sandbox, ai-harness) are now one changeset. Each original text is kept, with one summary line first.
• ai-harness-core.md: the 18 changesets for @tanstack/ai-harness only are now one changeset, the 0.1.0 changelog.
• Not changed: harness-round5-fixes, ai-harness-cli, harness-credentials-option, and the small single-package changesets. This keeps their text out of unrelated changelogs.

Trade-off: the packages in tau-core.md get all of its text in their changelog, also the parts about other packages.

No docs change: this PR changes only changeset files.

Testing

Commands run:

1. changeset status --verbose on main and on this branch. The planned versions of all 79 packages are the same.
2. changeset version with the GitHub lookups stubbed and counted (no network), on main, on this branch, and on 781a3a82c. That gives the table above. I reverted the files after each run.
3. The same GraphQL query sent to GitHub with my token: 3,000 repeated lookups pass, 6,000 fail with validationTimeout. The Actions token fails lower, at 1,509.
4. oxfmt --check on the two changed changeset files.

I did not run pnpm test:pr. This PR changes only .changeset/*.md.

Manual test:

1. Merge this PR.
2. Watch the Release workflow on main. The "Run Changesets" step passes.
3. Open the "ci: Version Packages" PR (ci: Version Packages #1861). @tanstack/ai-harness and @tanstack/ai-harness-cli are at 0.1.0.

How this PR makes testing easy: the Release workflow on merge is the test. No new test files.

Risk / rollback

Low. Only changeset files change, and the planned versions are the same. If the Release job still fails, revert this PR and upgrade @changesets/changelog-github to 1.0.1, which removes repeated lookups and sends batches of 50.
