Bumps image version to trigger a rebuild so the agentbox pulls TALXIS.DevKit.Templates.Dataverse 1.23.2, which fixes the NormalizeNilTags post-action used by txc scaffolding. Verified pp-solution+pp-entity scaffold cleanly on a clean image. Unblocks EPPC ALM lab CP06–12.
