P2 Badge Use the placeholders rendered by the release workflow

When the v0.1.19 tag runs .github/workflows/packages.yml, the release-note renderer substitutes ${BUILD_ID} and ${BUILD_ATTEMPT}, not ${RUN_ID} and ${RUN_ATTEMPT}. These two values will therefore be published literally in the GitHub release body, leaving its build provenance metadata incorrect; rename them to the placeholders consumed by the workflow.

Where four numeric components are supported, the fourth is the GitHub Actions run ID. Windows VERSIONINFO stores its reduction below 65535 in the numeric component and preserves the full ID in string metadata. macOS keeps the tag in `CFBundleShortVersionString`, uses a valid compact `CFBundleVersion`, and records the full run ID in `CordialeBuildID` and `CordialeBuildVersion`.

Tester note: Cordiale handles all currently inventoried Grappa event kinds. Only message events are rendered as chat lines; see the README for behavior and current limitations.

Heads up: every package here is unsigned, on every platform — no code-signing cert anywhere, even though the filenames don't say so. Windows SmartScreen and some Linux package managers might complain about it; that's expected for an unsigned, community-built app, not a sign of tampering. Each artifact still ships a SHA256SUMS file and a build provenance attestation if you want to verify it yourself — see [docs/installation.md](https://github.com/Sythos/Cordiale/blob/main/docs/installation.md).

## Highlights
This one is a tidy-up release: the sidebar got a spring cleaning, and links finally have somewhere nice to go.

* **Media links open in a popup.** Tapping a media link in chat now pops it open over the conversation, so you don't have to leave the room. Less tab-juggling, more lurking.
* **Sidebar manners.** The sidebar is now never narrower than its icon row, so the icons stop squeezing past each other like commuters on a rush-hour train. The disconnect button also stays inside the left sidebar where it belongs.
* **Smoother members panel.** Resizing the right sidebar by dragging now behaves, and nicks with prefixes are left-aligned so the list looks neat.
* **Unread badges that know when to quit.** The channel you have open is now highlighted, and its unread badge clears as it should. No more phantom notifications nagging you about a channel you're staring at.
* **README refresh.** Docs now cover the media popup, the sidebar and the packaging layout.
