complete_capabilitiesbuilds the adapter capability map: validate the class's declarations, inherit the nearest non-empty ancestor map in method resolution order, apply local overrides, and default remaining capabilities toFalse. codex/order-lifecycle-storage.Validation: 319 contract, trading foundation and WebSocket tests passed in the sandbox; the remaining local-loopback WebSocket test passed when rerun with permission to bind its local server. Diff whitespace check passed.
