Discovered while parsing data from our summer league meets where the meet and records provided by another team had malformed dates in HY3 entry exports from MM8. I've temporarily monkey-patched this in https://github.com/h2orules/CTS_Scoreboard, but also wanted to contribute a fix back that would help others!
