Adds visible :focus-visible outlines to every interactive element on
the CreditLines page (header actions, sort controls, per-card compare
checkbox, card action buttons), using shared tokens in the new
src/styles/focus.css. Keyboard-only — no ring on mouse/touch focus.
Tested and lint-clean.
