feat(design): add shipment management and tracking pages

Summary

This PR introduces the light mode UI designs for key shipment management and tracking workflows, enabling users to manage bulk imports, monitor delivery progress, verify shipment receipts, and stay informed through notifications.

Implemented

• Designed the Wholesale & Retail Bulk Shipment Import System page.
• Designed the View Estimated Delivery Date and Route Progress page.
• Designed the Receipt Verification page.
• Designed the Notifications page.

Goals

• Streamline bulk shipment creation for wholesale and retail operations.
• Provide clear visibility into shipment status, estimated delivery dates, and route progress.
• Enable fast and trustworthy receipt verification for completed deliveries.
• Deliver a centralized notification experience for shipment updates and important events.
• Maintain a responsive, accessible, and consistent light mode design across the logistics platform.
