Fleet sweep 09-22 (hardened lint, run ×2 deterministic): hermit.owed_by lists quilt but quilt.feeds lacked hermit. Content-proven both directions: hermit embeds the quilt kernel (drizzle/0013_quilt_kernel_wal.sql, src/quilt/commit.ts canonical docs) and quilt README names hermit (Hermit Crab = Cell evolution). +1/−1 CANON.md edge fix, Lane S precedent.
