Closes the twelve unplayed directions from DIRECTIONS-UNPLAYED.md. A Nomic canon: CANON.md gains one self-amending amendment clause enforced by existing primitives (hermit vote + hash-chained WAL ratification + canon-lint referee + FLUX tamper detection). Anti-CATALOG as load-bearing constraint: amendment tax, dormant-strength sunset, 24-line stub cap on the constitution itself. 3 falsifiable claims (quorum-clause drift, CATALOG tax via achieved/ relocations, reflex-quorum bimodality) + 4 honest gaps (sybil, bootstrap paradox, emergency latency, nobody asked). Written by the snowball cron lane, post-write verified (root intact, blob sha match).
