Merge legal-tech-class Docassemble content

It took me a while to get there, but I think it eventually makes sense to move all of the legal-tech-class content that is specific to Docassemble into the AssemblyLine documentation page.

I'll take a quick shot at this now ¹. I'mm assuming that's pretty much everything in the pratical-guide-docassemble tab. I'll probably split it into "intro to docassemble" stuff (i.e. everything linked to from https://assemblyline.suffolklitlab.org/docs/overview), and "server admin", and make each of those groups into a sidebar group.

There aren't any forwarding rules in place in the legal tech class repo, and I didn't remove any existing pages from this repo.

Do you mean we need to add new forwarding rules? We should be able to use the same plugin to redirect pages from the legal tech site to the assemble line site once it's up. I can try it out after #571 is merged.
