Summary

• Add the remote-to-remote file transfer workspace and open new transfer tabs beside the active tab.
• Keep sidebar widths independent per tab and stabilize workspace frame transitions.
• Refine file toolbar controls and fix the FTP top border and pane corner radius.
• Prevent cached toolbar controls from flashing and repaint xterm after tab activation and resize.
• Prepare FileTerm 2.3.2 by synchronizing workspace/Tauri versions and adding bilingual release notes.

• Prettier and renderer tests
• Tauri tests and Clippy
• Browser regressions for tab switching, terminal resize repaint, focus styling, and shadow clipping

Desktop visual validation was not performed because the current development binary could not be safely identified for UI preview.
