Visual State Machine Management

I think that if there's a visual state machine for MS like in Rive it might allow the future features to make use of it to (visually/programmatically) change/execute any parts of MS and the Latch(custom app).

The visual builder is pretty basic but it might be more advanced such as Rive State Machine:

It looks like Rive's state machine is a ripoff from xstate!

So I was thinking about defining states & actions inside of each plugin with @decorators that can be used by Pandino's SCR automatic wiring.

@States &Actions and let MS handle all the dynamic creation of states and mapping them with actions.
