Summary

  • Add a pairing view for sessions.json (token hash) and clients.json (added envelopes).
  • Boot sequence reads the newest pairing for harness+ide+runtime; no pairing still defaults to Copilot + VS Code + llama.cpp.
  • Connect sequence stages the card, stores SHA-256, and the proxy matches Bearer + model.

Test plan

  • npx likec4 validate docs/architecture
  • npx likec4 serve docs/architecture and open /view/pairing, /view/boot, /view/connect
